Five Bedroom Single Level Bungalow with Pool for Rent | Northtown Homes, Mandaue City | 550 Sqm

Everything in this house happens on one level. The bungalow wraps around its lawn and pool in an L shape, and nearly every main room opens to the garden through full height, black framed sliding glass.

The Residence

Board formed concrete and floating stone steps mark the entrance. Living and dining run as one long room under white high gloss tile, with a long table beneath geometric wire pendants at one end and a breakfast table and bar counter at the other, opening onto the back lanai. The kitchen pairs walnut toned cabinetry with white stone counters, a freestanding range, a side by side refrigerator, and a wall of glass fronted pantry cabinets.

The principal suite sits apart from the shared rooms. Floor to ceiling cabinetry in walnut and charcoal wraps the bedroom around a built in desk and media niche, and a TV room attaches to it as a private sitting room. Its bath has a double vessel vanity and a glass enclosed shower. The secondary bedrooms are laid in herringbone wood look tile, and one opens onto its own planted courtyard. The maid's and driver's rooms each have a private toilet and bath.

The Grounds

A raised stone lanai wraps the inside of the L and steps down to the lawn and a freeform pool edged in natural stone. A second paved lanai at the back is lined with bamboo, and garden lights are set into the lawn.
